I am really happy that I found about this emulator by accident. The archive.org, home of the wayback machine and other cool projects has a collection of Flash-based animations and games, and I was wondering how they kept these functional in the browser, when the official Adobe Flash Player has been sunsetted. And ta-daah, enter ruffle.rs. All I needed to do was to download the JavaScript, make sure it is only used on the page where the Interactive Jag lives here, and, bam, the fun is back in business.

I don't know who really gets something out of this in 2020, with all the Youtube videos and TikTok and whatnot, but in 2001, believe me, this was really a huge thing for me, and I'm glad that a piece of history of "the Higher Evolution of Off-set Guitars" is preserved. :-)
